My name is Laura and I’m Randy’s oldest daughter. Randy has always been there for me and my two sisters. He’s always cared for us, believed in us, and made us work hard for what we believe in. I know Jim Reis has been sending out reasons on why you should vote for my dad as your next senator. I decided to make a list as well from knowing my dad better than just about anyone. So, on behalf of my sisters and me, here are my reasons on why you should vote for my dad on November 6.
1) Randy Frese is goal-oriented.
Our entire lives, our dad has taught us to be strong women who set goals for ourselves. He’s been there to encourage us as we work hard to achieve those goals. Dad has always encouraged us to set our targets high and to never give up on them. We know that Dad would bring this same strength and determination to the State Senate, where he would work relentlessly toward achieving his goals.
2) Focused on the future.
Our dad is the most selfless man. The reason he is running for State Senate isn’t about having power or earning a great pension. Instead, Dad is focused on creating a positive future for us, his children, and for all those who reside in the state of Illinois. Dad is focused on resolving the pension crisis, balancing the budget, and making Illinois a job friendly state. His goal is to make Illinois a place my sisters and I choose to live and raise families in the future.
3) Faith-filled.
Our parents have taken us to church with them and prayed with us our entire lives. Dad has raised us to put our faith in God, to give back, and to be pro-life.
4) My dad is a successful businessman as well as a man with strong values and true integrity.
Our dad owned his own business for 20 years. He knows what it takes to run a successful business and will use that background to attract jobs to the state of Illinois. While being business-savvy, he has also shown remarkable integrity. He has maintained his strong Christian values and worked to improve the lives of the citizens of west-central Illinois.
5) He is our role model.
Dad taught us what hard work and dedication can lead to, and if elected, we know he could be a role model in the Senate. Dad is a strong, capable leader who can bring about great change for the future of our state and western Illinois.
